Our dehydration process ensures the highest purity standards — retaining over 90% of moringa’s natural goodness without additives or preservatives.
Fresh, mature moringa leaves are sourced from trusted farms and inspected on arrival. Any discolored, damaged or insect-ridden material is removed.
Leaves are gently washed in potable water to remove dust and field residues, then drained and dewatered to remove surface moisture.
When required to stabilise colour and enzymes, leaves undergo a short blanching step in hot water or steam and are rapidly cooled. This step is skipped if maximum raw nutrient retention is requested.
Leaves are de-stemmed (if producing leaf pieces), and cut to the requested size for flakes or left whole for leaf product; material for powder is pre-conditioned for uniform drying.
Leaves are dried using a gentle, controlled dehydration system (continuous dryer / low-temperature tunnel dryer) designed to remove moisture while preserving colour, aroma and heat-sensitive nutrients. Drying parameters are monitored to achieve the target moisture content.
Dried leaves are cooled to ambient temperature, then screened to remove fines and oversized particles.
Dried leaves destined for powder are milled and sieved to the specified mesh size to ensure consistent particle size and free-flowing powder.
Every batch undergoes QC: moisture/water-activity, visual/color check, microbiological tests, foreign matter inspection and metal detection. Nutrient or heavy-metal analysis is available on request.
Product is packed in food-grade liners inside PP/HDPE bags (or custom packaging), labelled with batch/lot, MFG/EXP and storage instructions.
Finished goods are stored in a cool, dry warehouse and shipped according to order requirements.
